Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to work for our client in building materials manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the production process, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with tools and machinery, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

  • Operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment, including heavy machinery and power tools
  • Assemble building materials according to specifications and quality standards
  • Perform machining, welding, and hand tool operations as required for production tasks
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and products to ensure safety and quality compliance
  • Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of machinery and tools
  • Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment
  • Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, loading, and unloading materials
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve workflow efficiency
