Bay-Lynx is a manufacturer of volumetric concrete mixers and stone spreaders for the construction industry. We supply quality solutions to our customers in North America through our Ancaster, Ontario and Portland, Tennessee facilities and to Europe and beyond through our two UK facilities.

As we continue to expand our product lines to the global market base, we find ourselves in need of a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Order Picker to support daily operations within our manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout the shop.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately pick, stage, and move materials to support production requirements
  • Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
  • Ensure picked job materials are delivered to workstations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming materials
  • Monitor material levels and communicate shortages or issues proactively
  • Support overall shop flow by anticipating material needs ahead of time
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Support other departments when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members
  • Reliable, consistent attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different roles in the shop
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Be physically fit and able to lift 40kg
  • Tow motor/Forklift experience is an asset
  • Computer literate
