Full job description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Shipper / Receiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and over 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull and assemble customer orders accurately
  • Check outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform inventory checks and restock products
  • Label, move, store, and replenish materials as required
  • Receive, unload, and process inbound shipments
  • Stock and organize incoming materials
  • Process and inspect customer returns; initiate freight claims for damaged items
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
  • Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documentation
  • Collect, input, and maintain all data related to shipping and receiving activities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or material handling role
  • Valid license and experience operating:
  • Reach forklift
  • Electric Walkie
  • Counterbalance Forklift
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain records of goods movement using Microsoft Excel
  • Clear criminal background
  • Excellent communication English language kills – verbal, written, and reading comprehension
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
