Order Processing Administrator - Clerk

We are looking to add an Order Processing Clerk to our operations team in Edmonton, AB. We are seeking an organized, flexible, and highly customer focused individual to join our team.

Our Company

Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube is a distribution company servicing the oil and gas industry.We offer a broad range of pipe products and customized services to our clientele.

Job Summary

· Process goods receipts for incoming shipments

· Generate deliveries and packing lists for outgoing orders

· Verification of picked orders

· Print corresponding Material Test Report (MTR) documentation for material being shipped

· Track all outgoing orders and incoming shipments

· Prioritize pick tickets for operational staff

· Match documentation for filing

· Co-ordinate and liaise with vendors, customers, and internal staff

· Upload vendor documentation to trace systems

· Ad hoc administrative duties as required

· Weekly alternating shifts of 8am – 5pm and 8:30am – 5:30pm

Requirements and Qualifications

· High School Diploma

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Accurate data entry and typing skills

· Strongly customer service oriented

· Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Knowledge of MTRs, SAP Business One, and Metal Trace considered an asset

· Industry related experience
