Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Early Childhood Teacher, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and hearts of young learners! In this vibrant environment, you will create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that foster curiosity and growth. You’ll collaborate with families and colleagues to provide a nurturing atmosphere that promotes childhood development and prepares children for future educational success.

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement innovative curriculum development tailored to meet the diverse needs of children.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment through effective classroom management techniques.
  • Provide individualized support for students with special education needs, ensuring early intervention strategies are applied.
  • Engage in literacy education activities that promote reading and writing skills among preschoolers.
  • Conduct lesson planning that incorporates hands-on learning experiences, including teaching physical education.
  • Manage behavior effectively by using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage appropriate social interactions.
  • Collaborate with families to support child welfare and maintain open lines of communication regarding student progress.
  • Utilize standardized testing methods to assess student learning outcomes and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.

Basic qualifications

  • A passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with toddlers in daycare or preschool settings.
  • Background in Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies.
  • Proven experience working with students in various capacities, including tutoring or private school environments.
  • Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices related to math and literacy education.
