The Best Western Plus Fernie Mountain Lodge is looking for Servers or bartenders to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Prepare and serve beverages (bartender role)
  • Handle cash and payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a server or bartender (intermediate level)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexible availability
  • Serve It Right and
  • Food Safe certification (considered a plus)
