Overview

If you’re outgoing, love meeting people, and want a fun job that doesn’t feel like work - this is for you. Must have a vehicle.

We’re hiring Event Experience Staff to run our photobooths at weddings, corporate events, and brand activations.

You’ll be interacting with guests, creating energy, and helping people walk away with something memorable.

Perfect for tech-savvy students looking for flexible, high-paying casual work.

About Us

Polar Ice Photobooth is a premium photo + video experience company working at high-end weddings and major corporate events.

We’ve worked with brands like Bell and Pepsi - but what really matters is we create fun, high-energy experiences people remember.

What You’ll Do

  • Pick up and transport equipment to events
  • Set up photobooth + lighting + backdrop
  • Run the booth and interact with guests
  • Bring energy and help guests feel confident on camera
  • Handle printing + text/email sharing
  • Troubleshoot small issues (we’ll train you)
  • Pack down and return equipment

Typical shift: 7 - 10 hours (including setup + teardown)

What We’re Looking For

  • Students enrolled in a post secondary program, returning in September
  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident
  • Good energy (this matters a lot)
  • Reliable and on time
  • Comfortable talking to people
  • Tech-comfortable (basic troubleshooting)
  • Attention to detail (clean setups matter)
  • Able to lift ~60 lbs
  • Willing to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends including Saturdays

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (G or G2)
  • Access to a reliable 4-door vehicle

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Customer service experience
  • Event experience
  • Photography or creative background

Compensation

  • $22–$25/hour
  • $150–$250+ per event
  • Paid mileage
  • Paid training
