Do you enjoy volunteering with amazing people in our vibrant community?

Would you enjoy participating in fun activities such as watching movies, going to the food court at the mall, crafts, or walking our fantastic trails in the city of Edmonton?

If you said yes to these questions, then we have the perfect volunteer opportunity for you!

Catholic Social Service's is currently looking for a 1:1 Match Community Companion Volunteer who enjoys being active in the community and can provide positive encouragement for a female individual living with disabilities.
The ideal candidate for this volunteer opportunity would be over 18 years of age, and who would be available to volunteer 1-2 hours on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons or evenings, between 1:00 and 4:30 pm, or 5:00pm and 8:00 pm.

If you are someone who enjoys connecting with others, then this volunteer placement might be the right fit for you!

What you can expect:
  • Create and establish a respectful connection with individuals living with disabilities
  • Providing positive role model guidance
  • Meet the client in the community and the group home
  • Have fun!
