Full job description

We’re looking for someone who is interested in visual merchandising, retail displays, design, and hands-on creative work. Previous VM experience is not required, but the candidate should have a good visual eye, be organized, hands-on, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with store displays and VM refreshes
  • Support pop-up preparation and setup
  • Prepare products, signage, props, and display materials
  • Help source props and visual materials
  • Support product launches and seasonal changes
  • Assist with store resets, windows, and merchandising updates
  • Visit stores for VM maintenance and photo reporting
  • Organize VM tools and materials
  • Help measure, assemble, and install fixtures
  • Occasionally help build or modify simple display fixtures
  • Help turn ideas into physical retail displays

Qualifications:

  • Interest in visual merchandising, retail, design, fashion, or related creative fields
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with hands-on work
  • Organized and reliable
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Adobe / graphic design skills are an asset, but not required
  • Able to travel between Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby locations when needed
  • Occasionally available for early morning, evening, or weekend setups

This is an entry-level opportunity and is suitable for students or recent graduates.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
