We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist who is passionate about design, in-store aesthetics, and product merchandising to join our MUST Société store in Ottawa ! Although this is a temporary replacement position, it can serve as an excellent gateway to a possible permanent opportunity within our company!

Your Daily Mission as a Visual Merchandising Specialist:

• Maximize and contribute to sales growth and profitability by ensuring that visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store;
• Follow recommendations and directives from the Marketing team to maintain and reinforce brand image;
• Receive furniture and accessories that will be displayed in the showroom;
• Maintain and replenish furniture and accessory displays throughout the store (sales floor, display areas, shelving units);
• Move, unpack, assemble, and position products on the sales floor;
• Use inventory management software and systems;
• Collaborate with various team members, including Sales Management, Product Management, Floor Technicians, Housekeeping, and others.

Do You Have the Profile?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in retail and visual merchandising, including interior decorating (preferred);
• You are autonomous, organized, creative, and passionate about design;
• You have strong attention to detail;
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• You are physically fit and comfortable moving, lifting, and handling furniture and accessories;
• You are comfortable using computer systems and internal tools;
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment.
