We are a seasonal property with positions starting May 6, 2026 until October 2026.

Restaurant Deli Cashier: Job Brief


  • The Deli Cashier is part of a four-five person service team including Ordermaker, Breakfast/Deli Server, Cashier and Deli Supervisor
  • Each position has its own duties however each position will be trained to cover any other Deli position for any length of time depending on scheduling.
  • The lodge is a very busy remote location serving guests from all over the world
  • Your main focus is your cash. You are responsible for all customers coming through the line.

Responsibilities and Duties


  • You must remain at your cash station to accommodate customers moving through the café for most of the day
  • Make sure you keep your head up and continue with cleaning duties when you have no customers.
  • You are responsible for the proper reconciliation of each cash out
  • A nice thing about this position is that there are very few other duties besides cashier

Qualifications and Skills


  • This position requires some previous customer experience. Serving experience is not required. Cashier experience is very much an asset
  • To work in the Deli, you need to have good customer service skill and be able to be part of the Deli team.

Compensation


  • Wage: $15/hour plus tips.
  • Staff accommodation is available for employees over the age of 18 at $4.41 per day.
  • Completion Bonus: If contract is completed you will receive a bonus that will cover the cost of your rent.
  • Referral Bonus: $500 if both yours and your referrals contract are completed.
