Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide quality care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess the ability to engage, educate, and entertain them while ensuring their safety and well-being. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage household tasks related to childcare, including meal preparation and light cleaning.

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime.
• Assist with homework and educational projects as needed.
• Provide care for children with disabilities, ensuring their specific needs are met.
• Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns regarding the children's well-being.

Requirements

• Proven experience in caregiving or working with children is highly preferred.
• Ability to cook healthy meals and manage meal preparation efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to educate children through play and structured activities.
• A background in working with persons with disabilities is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
