Full job description
Responsabilités :
1. Maîtrise des bases du logiciel de programmation Mastercam
2. Configuration et utilisation des machines CNC pour réaliser les opérations d'usinage conformément aux spécifications
3. Lecture et interprétation des plans, dessins et ordres de fabrication pour déterminer les exigences d'usinage
4. Sélection et installation des outils de coupe, réglage des vitesses et avances, et réalisation des réglages nécessaires sur la machine
5. Surveillance du fonctionnement de la machine pour garantir son bon fonctionnement et réalisation des réglages nécessaires
6. Contrôle de la qualité et de la précision des produits finis, et réalisation des réglages ou réparations nécessaires
7. Maintien d'un espace de travail propre et organisé
Expérience :
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'opérateur de machines CNC
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de différents types de machines CNC, notamment les fraiseuses et les tours
- Solides connaissances en mécanique et compréhension des principes d'usinage
- Capacité à lire et interpréter les plans, dessins et ordres de fabrication
- Expérience en programmation de machines CNC (un atout)
- Connaissance des commandes Fanuc (un plus)
- Capacité à utiliser avec précision des outils de mesure tels que des pieds à coulisse et des micromètres
- Maîtrise de la programmation avec Mastercam (obligatoire)

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements
- Select and install cutting tools, adjust speeds and feeds, and make necessary machine adjustments
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Proficient in operating various types of CNC machines, including milling machines and lathes
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Experience with programming CNC machines is a plus
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls is preferred
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers accurately
