Gambit Flatwork Inc. is a growing concrete company hiring for residential and commercial crews. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and want to be part of an organized, professional team.

Positions Available

  • Concrete Labourers
  • Concrete Finishers
  • Form Workers
  • Foreman / Lead Hands
  • Equipment Operators

Experience Considered an Asset

  • Concrete forming, placing, finishing, stripping, and cleanup
  • Commercial and residential flatwork
  • Extruder operation
  • Concrete pumps and boom pumps
  • Skid steer operation
  • Ride-on and walk-behind power trowels
  • Saw cutting
  • Grading, prep work, and compaction

Requirements

  • Concrete experience preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Foreman must be able to organize crews, read plans, manage quality, and communicate clearly
