ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items in a fast-paced food truck environment.

  • Work quickly and accurately during high-volume service while maintaining food quality and consistency.

  • Set up, stock, and maintain the line before and during service.

  • Assist with food prep, portioning, inventory rotation, and proper storage of ingredients.

  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and all food safety and sanitation procedures.

  • Keep the food truck, workstation, equipment, and shared areas clean, organized, and safe.

  • Communicate and work closely with a small team to support smooth daily operations.

  • Stay calm, professional, and positive during busy periods or unexpected challenges.

  • Perform cleaning, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous kitchen, food prep or fast food experience is an asset.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

  • Able to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-based environment.

  • Comfortable working in a small food truck or compact kitchen space.

  • Food Safe certification is an asset.

The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
