Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Cook to support daily kitchen preparation and mise en place.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist chefs with daily prep lists
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of products

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in restaurant industry
  • Foodsafe Level 1
  • Valid SIN Number and Canadian Work Permit
  • Strong attention to detail
