About Us

Ong Ba is a new Vietnamese-inspired restaurant opening in Coquitlam, focused on bold flavours, modern presentation, and elevated hospitality.

We are building a creative bar program that blends classic technique with Asian-inspired ingredients and fresh seasonal ideas.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our opening team and help shape our beverage program from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Deliver fast, consistent, high-quality service
  • Engage with guests and provide menu knowledge
  • Maintain cleanliness and bar organization
  • Support inventory and stock control
  • Collaborate on cocktail development and specials

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Serving It Right certification (BC)
