As we continue to grow and expand our teams, we are currently seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on MARKETING & CONTENT COORDINATOR to join our team on a part-time basis.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll support the creation and execution of engaging content across our portfolio of restaurant brands. This is primarily a content creation role, with a strong focus on photography, videography, and editing. You'll spend time in our restaurants capturing everything from food and cocktails to special events, seasonal campaigns, and the experiences that make each of our brands unique.

We're looking for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in hospitality, food, and lifestyle content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation & Editing (Primary Focus)

• Capture high-quality photo and video content across Glowbal Restaurant Group locations.
• Create and edit Instagram Reels, Stories, and other short-form video content.
• Photograph and film food, beverages, restaurant interiors, events, and guest experiences.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager on content shoots, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.
• Edit and prepare photo and video assets for social media, email, and other marketing channels.
• Assist with planning and coordinating content shoots.
• Organize and maintain a centralized library of photo and video assets.

Social Media & Marketing Support

• Assist with scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Support the execution of monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Draft captions and supporting copy aligned with each restaurant's brand voice.
• Assist with community engagement, including monitoring comments and messages.
• Support influencer visits, collaborations, restaurant launches, and special events.
• Identify relevant content trends and creative opportunities.

Additional Marketing Support

• Help coordinate content requirements and deadlines across restaurant locations.
• Support the organization and distribution of marketing assets.
• Provide general marketing assistance as needed to support the Marketing Manager and department priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Experience producing engaging short-form video content for Instagram and/or TikTok.
• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• A strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and content best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and across multiple locations.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for content shoots and events.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, food, or lifestyle brands is considered an asset.
