About Lux Windows & Doors

As we grow and evolve, we’re building a culture rooted in curiosity, creativity, and human connection. We’re in an exciting phase of transformation, challenging the status quo, telling bigger stories, and shaping how Lux is experienced both inside and outside the company.

Your work will play a key role in bringing that to life.

Role Overview

We're looking for a creative storyteller who can bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. As our Content Coordinator, you'll create engaging content through photography, videography, social media, email marketing, events, and digital campaigns that showcase not only our premium products, but the incredible people, projects, and craftsmanship behind them.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys juggling creative projects, and turning ideas into content that connects with homeowners, builders, employees, and our community.

This is an on-site position based in our Calgary office.

We believe the best content can't be staged, it happens in real time. Whether you're capturing a behind-the-scenes moment on the production floor, showcasing a stunning custom home, interviewing a team member, or documenting a community event, you'll be immersed in the day-to-day life of Lux. Being on-site allows you to build genuine relationships, experience our culture firsthand, and create authentic content that reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and people behind our brand.

If you're passionate about content creation, have a portfolio you're proud of, and are excited by the opportunity to shape the voice of a premium local brand, we'd love to meet you.

  • Participate in broader marketing initiatives and cross-departmental projects as required.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of events, including lunch & learns, client training sessions, and internal employee training programs.
