- Demonstrate excellent driving skills, maintaining safety and discretion while conducting mobile surveillance.
- Utilize video recording equipment effectively to capture clear and relevant evidence.

Requirements to Get Started:
- Private Investigator license (Mandatory) — this is essential to work as a PI.
- A reliable (2021 or newer) discreet vehicle — preferably in common colors like grey, black, or silver, and from popular makes to blend in naturally on the road.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills — you must be able to take accurate notes and write clear, professional reports.
- Excellent research abilities — proficiency in using public records, social media, and other information sources to gather data.

- Effective communication skills — both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations — understanding the legal boundaries of private investigations is an asset.

- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed — readiness to work extended hours and adapt to client requirements.
