Dough Eyes Pizza is excited to announce an opening for an experienced Pizza Dough Maker to join our team for our upcoming launch this spring at 530 Pandora in Victoria, BC. As part of the Vinuel Restaurant Group—operators of Cafe Brio and Brasserie L'Ecole—we are dedicated to providing memorable guest experiences using the best regional products.

We are seeking a hard working naturally-fermented dough expert.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage dough production

- Produce naturally fermented pizza dough for a busy pizza shop

- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, handling, and sanitation protocols.- Manage efficient packaging and maintain an organized workstation.

- Making delicious pizza

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a sourdough bakery or pizzeria is preferred.

- Experience with natural fermentation is essential

- Skills in hand stretched New York style pizza, focaccia, and other styles of pizza

- A strong commitment to our core values: Honesty, Stewardship, and Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
