- Previous police-based, community based or court based Victim Services experience
- Diploma or Degree in a field of social sciences.

This CUPE position has an hourly rate range of $35.84 - $42.16 (2025 rates). The rate of pay is based on a variety of factors including qualifications, knowledge, experience and skills.

The City offers an attractive vacation and extended benefits package, including the ability to contribute to the Municipal Pension Plan.

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Enhanced Reliability Status as a condition of employment, in accordance with the Government of Canada’s Directive on Security Screening. Periods of six (6) consecutive months or more spent outside Canada must be disclosed and may require additional verification.
