THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking a strategic executive to lead Facilities, Maintenance, Capital Projects, Health & Safety, Security, and Operational Support for a rapidly expanding industrial campus in the Montreal area.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this newly created role will oversee more than 500,000 square feet of facilities while leading major infrastructure investments, including significant campus expansion projects. This executive will play a critical role in developing the long-term facilities strategy supporting one of the industry's fastest-growing organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all facilities, maintenance, infrastructure, safety, security, and operational support functions.
  • Oversee large capital construction and facility expansion initiatives.
  • Manage operating and capital budgets.
  • Develop maintenance and asset reliability strategies.
  • Lead contractor, engineering, and vendor relationships.
  • Build long-term infrastructure plans supporting continued organizational growth.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, or operational support leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading large capital construction or expansion projects.
  • Experience managing complex industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, transportation, or similarly regulated facilities.
  • Strong financial and operational leadership experience.
  • Ability to influence executive leadership while remaining highly engaged with frontline operations.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
