Ellerslie Pet Hospital & Accessories is proud to serve Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine along with friendly, compassionate service.

Our company is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary-based environment is preferred. and is able to work independently as well as with a team. He/she must be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and can multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers and communicate effectively and professionally.
  • hardworking individuals who love pets.
  • Previous experience with Avimark veterinary software is an assist.
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the workload effectively to decrease the on-call load for the team.
  • Work a flexible schedule.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
