Full job description

We are seeking a Veterinary Office assistant to join our team (primarily for evening shifts but may include some day shifts as per the clinic requirement we are open 8:00 am till midnight on weekdays and 10:00 AM till 8PM on Saturday, 10:00 AM till 6PM on Sunday).

Job Responsibilities, but not limited to-

- Talking to clients

- Answering phone calls, following up on emails in a timely manner

- Scheduling appointments

- Greeting furry babies and making them comfortable.

- Cleaning and organizing

- Medical Record keeping

-Restraining animals and helping the vet/tech as needed.

Job requirements-

- Previous experience in the veterinary field or a VOA certificate would be preferred.

- Must be comfortable with the dogs and cats.

- Must be good at computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
