What You Will Be Doing as a Commercial Quotes Specialist – Air & Water:

Commercial Quotes Specialist – Air & Water plays a key support role for the Air & Water sales team by managing residential and commercial quotations, tracking projects, and providing support to our customers. This position acts as a central point of coordination between customers, field sales, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and professional quote execution.

Quotations & Sales Support

· Prepare and manage residential and commercial quotations for air and water products, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery.

· Support field sales representatives by assisting with pricing requests, product selection, and technical documentation.

· Coordinate with the pricing team to ensure competitiveness of quotations.

· Follow-up on quotes and coordinate revisions as required.

Customer & Internal Support

· Act as a point of contact for inbound customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and order status.

· Support resolution of customer issues related to quotes, orders, or documentation.

Sales Team Enablement

· Assist with bid preparation, submittals, and supporting sales documentation.

· Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches as required.

Data & Reporting

· Support reporting on quotation activity and active projects.

· Track win/loss data when available to support future pricing accuracy.

· Other assigned duties as deemed necessary

What You Should Have, as a Commercial Quotes Specialist – Air & Water:

· 2-5 years of successful experience in a progressive sales or customer service environment. Ideally, within HVAC, air systems, or water heating industries.

· Criteria such as adaptability, versatility and dependability are key

· Must be a team player

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes and projects simultaneously.

· Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in pricing and documentation.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Collaborative team player with the ability to support field sales efforts effectively.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

· Experience with Oracle system would be an asset

· Ability to recognize and define problems, collect, and understand data, establish facts, and arrive at valid conclusions

· Experience presenting to groups of different sizes

· Act independently; decision-making within the company policy

· Some travel may be necessary

· High level of customer responsiveness and professionalism
