What You'll Do

  • Create a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience for every client who walks through our doors.
  • Assist clients in finding the perfect piece for engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, and everyday celebrations.
  • Learn about fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, and watches through hands-on training.
  • Support day-to-day store operations and merchandising.
  • Work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

What We're Looking For

  • A friendly, polished, and professional personality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required.
