Full job description
Venture is a growing IT agency that specializes in managed services for corporate clients. With over 30 years in IT market experience, we have partnered with clients to customize IT solutions in financial, retail, advisory, manufacturing and food industries. We offer the latest IT technology, simplify the complexities of IT infrastructure, and manage them for our clients so they can focus on what they do best.
We are a small office with a tightly knit group of co-workers in the midst of expansion and will be moving to a new office space in Markham!
We are currently seeking a Online Order Processor / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This opportunity would be ideal for individuals interested in technology, have a passion for client service, want to grow into an account manager and develop further within a company. You will be primarily responsible for sourcing and processing client orders.
Responsibilities
Processing sales orders and returns for client orders accurately and quickly
Sourcing and quoting IT products to clients
Communicating with clients via email and phone to understand IT needs in a professional manner
Developing product knowledge of IT products and pricing
Resolving vendor order processing related problems to ensure delivery
Providing ongoing inside sales support and administrative assistance to the sales, service desk, and purchasing team as related to products and service
Promoting and selling Venture as a full service IT agency
May perform other tasks based on roles requirements
Requirements
Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or related field
Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
Ability to service client accounts with quality, timeliness, and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Working knowledge of managed services solutions is an asset
Working knowledge with ConnectWise or enterprise CRM is an asset
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9AM-5:30PM
