Mazda of Toronto is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to enhance our client experience during the final stages of the car-buying process. This individual will support our Sales Consultants by coordinating vehicle preparation, handling related administrative tasks, and conducting thorough and professional vehicle deliveries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable handover for every customer. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Finance & Insurance Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure all delivery documentation is accurately completed and processed.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients from the point of sale to the moment the vehicle is handed over.
  • Confirm insurance details with clients prior to delivery.
  • Arrange for vehicle trades, licensing, detailing, and preparation.
  • Lead the client through the delivery process, ensuring all features are explained and expectations are met.
  • Ensure Sales Consultants follow up with customers within 24 hours after delivery to confirm satisfaction.
  • Move trade-ins and lease returns to the designated lot area.
  • Label keys for trade-ins and lease returns and hand them over to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure all delivery-related documentation is fully completed and signed before final handover.
  • Inspect and prepare the vehicle a minimum of two hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
  • Notify the Sales Manager promptly of any issues related to the vehicle or client.
  • Educate clients on the importance and process of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey.
  • Provide an introduction to our Service and Parts teams to build strong after-sales relationships.
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong comprehension and communication skills
  • Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
  • Clean driver’s abstract
  • OMVIC registration
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
