About the Role

Volvo Cars Oakville is seeking a professional, customer-focused Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in creating an outstanding ownership experience for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and delivering new and pre-owned vehicles while ensuring every guest feels confident, informed, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized handover experience for every customer.
  • Thoroughly explain all features, technology, and safety systems on Volvo vehicles, ensuring customers feel comfortable and confident.
  • Set up vehicle systems including Bluetooth, user profiles, mobile apps, navigation, and other connected services.
  • Conduct follow-up with customers post-delivery to answer questions, provide support, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain communication with the sales team to coordinate timely, seamless deliveries.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet Volvo presentation standards (cleanliness, charged, fueled, software up to date).
  • Stay current on Volvo technology, product updates, and safety innovation.
  • Maintain detailed records of each delivery and customer interaction.
  • Support the showroom experience by assisting with product demonstrations when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities.
  • Technically savvy, able to quickly learn new systems and explain complex features in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and consistent with customer follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in automotive (), retail, customer service is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34,400.00-$84,242.85 per year

Expected hours: 22 – 40 per week
