As we continue to rapidly expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Appraiser to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage of growth, contribute to our continued success, and help shape the future of our organization.

No previous experience in vehicle inspections is required—we provide comprehensive training to the successful candidate.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and documenting the condition of repossessed vehicles as they arrive at our facility, while also assisting with general office and administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting and documenting the condition of repossessed vehicles
  • Taking photographs and preparing detailed vehicle condition reports
  • Uploading inspection reports and supporting documentation to online platforms
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Assisting with general office administration and data entry
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Communicating professionally with staff, clients, and service providers

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence
  • Successful candidates must pass a criminal record check and credit background check as a condition of employment
  • Bondable
