Full job description

ARRI Rental, the premier rental house for professional motion picture Camera and Lighting equipment is looking for a Client Contact to work in our Vancouver, Canada office.

We are seeking someone who is most comfortable in an environment of multi-tasking and can offer superior customer service.

We seek a creative, self-motivated individual with 2+ years of relevant experience,

familiarity with professional film, digital, and post-production equipment necessary,

previous sales experience a plus. Willingness to cover duties in other departments as needed. Canadian Citizenship Required.

Main areas of responsibilities for this full-time role include:

  • Establish and maintain excellent communication with camera crew and production offices.
  • Take customer orders, negotiate package within established guidelines, create quotes.
  • Work closely with fellow Camera Rental Agents in the US and abroad on scheduling needs.
  • Identify additional client needs (such as post and transportation)
  • Verify correct billing information with the Credit department.
  • Document detailed contact and technical information.
  • Work with Sales team to identify possible opportunities.
  • Working within a small team environment, assisting with daily office and warehouse task.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Positive attitude. Able and willing to cover work in other areas.
  • Extremely motivated and able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Strong negotiation skills, good business sense and high degree of independent judgment.
  • Fluent in Excel, Word, Power Point, order entry and CRM programs
