Barista / All rounder (Part-Time/12-28 hours per week)
Be Cafe – Vancouver, BC

We’re not just hiring a barista/All Rounder.
We’re inviting someone to help us build something meaningful.

Be Cafe is an independent specialty café built on quality, presence, and genuine hospitality. Coffee matters to us — but how people feel when they walk in matters even more.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare coffee and beverages with care and consistency
  • Welcome guests in a warm, natural way
  • Help keep the café clean, calm, and organized
  • Support your team during busy moments

Who You Are

  • Passionate about hospitality and willing to learn
  • Some basic barista or café experience is expected — we’re happy to teach you the rest
  • Someone who takes pride in small details and enjoys creating a great experience for guests
  • Available approximately 20–30hours per week, depending on the role
  • Weekend availability is required.
