Are you looking to build something?? Not just "a number?" We are a rapidily growing company with the immediate need for Manager of Training and Compliance.

Job Posting

The Manager of Training & Compliance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of locator training, quality assurance, field auditing, and compliance management across Ontario.

  • Develop and maintain onboarding and training programs for Utility Locators
  • Deliver classroom, field, and virtual training
  • Track certifications, qualifications, and training records
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario One Call and LAC requirements
  • Monitor utility owner standards and locate requirements
  • Conduct field audits, documentation reviews, and quality inspections
  • Investigate damages, complaints, and quality concerns
  • Prepare audit reports and corrective action plans
  • Provide technical support on locating methods and technologies
  • Support operational excellence across Ontario
  • Minimum 7 years of utility locating experience
  • Strong understanding of Ontario utility locating practices and legislation
  • Knowledge of LAC accreditation requirements
  • Experience conducting utility locate audits and quality assurance reviews
  • Knowledge of utility owner standards and requirements
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Ontario One Call compliance experience
  • Experience with EM locating, GPR, GPS/GIS, and mapping platforms
  • Health & Safety certifications considered an asset
  • Passion for training and mentoring employees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
  • Ability to build strong client and utility-owner relationships
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
