Upscale casual restaurant in Callander Bay seeking an organized, reliable cook to join the culinary team. We’re looking for a creative individual who is willing to participate in creating seasonal menus and designing new dishes. Line Cook Responsibilities

  • Follow recipes on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes per the current menu
  • Adhere to culinary standards and regulations
  • Assist with design of new menu choices based on seasonal ingredients and customer demand
  • Track, record and replenish inventory as needed

Skills
Passion for the industry in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Experience preparing comfort cuisine/from scratch cooking

Ability to stand for long periods of time
