Liftex is a division of Brunswick Lift Rentals, combining local expertise with the strength, safety standards, and support of a national equipment rental organization.

We are currently looking to hire our next great team members for the position of Class 1 Driver located in Edmonton, AB.

Position Overview:

As a Class One Delivery Driver with Liftex, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and recovery of various equipment, tools, and propane to and from customer worksites. This role involves operating a flatbed truck in diverse environments, including urban, suburban, and rural areas. The ability to navigate and operate safely in confined spaces, such as construction zones, is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and pick up equipment, tools, and propane at customer locations
  • Operate vehicles in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Class One driver’s license
  • Experience with driving, loading, and unloading tools or equipment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • completion of MELT (Mandatory Entry-Level Training)
  • Clean driving record
  • Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
