Internship Opportunity: Customer Relationship & Marketing Coordinator

Looking to gain real-world marketing experience while supporting a growing community private swim school? At Artquaswim, you’ll help promote our programs, connect with families, and showcase the achievements of young swimmers. Join us to build your skills and make a difference!

About Us
Founded in 2023 by a National Champion Artistic Swimmer, Juliana, Artquaswim empowers young swimmers with a strong foundation in technique, confidence, and resilience. We create a fun, motivating environment with games and competitions while preparing children for future opportunities in competitive swimming, water polo, and artistic swimming.

As we expand in Vancouver, we are looking for passionate internship who want to grow their marketing skills while making a positive impact in the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the head coach with on-site parent communication and program inquiries.
  • Promote our programs and encourage sign-ups during weekend sessions.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness.
  • Design and share digital content (posts, videos, ads) that highlight our programs.
  • Support social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Little Red Book, TikTok, WeChat).
  • Capture photos and videos of classes, events, and student achievements.
  • Collect feedback from families to improve outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to refine and align ideas with school goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator.
  • Strong interest in communications, marketing or event promotion.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut).
  • Enthusiastic about working with children and families.
  • No prior experience required — training will be provided.
