Full job description

The Company

United W3st Winnipeg Consulting runs promotional campaigns for Canada’s leading telecommunications brand across Winnipeg. We put our people in front of consumers at live events and field-based activations, where the work is real, the conversations matter, and strong performance gets noticed.

The Role

We're hiring a Sales Representative to join our team full-time. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field every day engaging with consumers, presenting telecommunications products and services, and guiding people through their decision from the first hello to a completed sale. It suits someone who communicates with confidence, thrives on hitting targets, and wants a role with genuine room to advance.

Responsibilities

  • Represent telecommunications clients professionally at direct marketing events and field activations across Winnipeg
  • Open conversations with potential customers and identify what they're actually looking for
  • Present products and services in a straightforward, compelling way
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process without rushing or pressuring
  • Hit individual targets while contributing to broader team campaign objectives
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily sales activity
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge as client campaigns evolve
  • Engage fully in coaching sessions and take feedback seriously

What We Need From You

  • Strong verbal communication and the ability to read a room
  • Self-motivated and driven — you don't need someone standing over you
  • Resilient and consistent in active, fast-moving field environments
  • Works well within a team structure while owning individual performance
  • Some background in direct sales, customer engagement, or a target-driven role is preferred but not essential
  • Must have transportation and be available for full-time hours in Winnipeg

What We Offer

  • Structured training in direct sales and telecommunications product knowledge
  • Performance-based advancement opportunities
  • A high-energy team environment where results are recognized
  • Steady full-time hours representing established clients in a growing market

Pay: $750.00-$1,000.00 per week

Work Location: In person
