Genuwine Cellars is currently seeking a Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As a Luxury Sales Specialist, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service and unparalleled luxury experiences. You will manage day-to-day sales operations while ensuring every customer interaction is an opportunity to demonstrate our excellence.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, making every client feel valued and prioritized.
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients, including private collectors, high-end restaurants, and luxury property developers.
  • Execute cold-calling strategies to effectively reach out to new client prospects.
  • Support the implementation of monthly sales and service plans, striving to meet and exceed established goals and targets.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of loyal customers, continually seeking opportunities to enhance their experience and engagement with our brand.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer data.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Proven sales experience in a luxury industry is required; preference will be applied to candidates with experience in luxury retail, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent command of English in both written and spoken language.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Skilled at networking and building relationships within the luxury market, with a proven track record of developing a loyal customer base.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a sales team, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the sales process and customer interaction are executed to the highest standard.
