We are an Organic Food Distributor seeking a full time Warehouse Associate/Order Picker Operator for our Night Shift. Our address is: 12757 Vulcan Way, Richmond, B.C.

Must be available to work Sunday to Thursday 5:00 PM-1:30 AM.

Previous Warehouse Order Picking and Walker Rider experience is desired.

Must be comfortable working in different conditions including dry, cooler, and freezer sections. Must be able to lift between 10-50 lbs repetitively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Picks customer orders inside a warehouse environment.
• Operates a Walkie Rider/Electric Pallet Jack to perform picking, securing, and loading orders.
• Select customer orders in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Build stable and well-secured pallets.
• Label pallets and number the pallets correctly to ensure proper put-away or delivery.
• Place completed pallets into freezer, cooler, loading area and/or truck as required.
• Participate in rotation of product and report quality issues to management as required.
• Assist safely with loading trucks when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse by sweeping, removing trash as needed.
• Sort, sticker and repack individual pieces appropriately.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Performs duties in accordance with HACCP and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures appropriate for location.
• Performs all other job duties as required.

Compensation. We offer:

• Wage starts at $21.25/hour plus $2.00 Night Shift premium = $23.25/hour
• Wage increases every 6 months by 0.50 cents

Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
