Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Clinic Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and experience in luxury service environments. This role is perfect for someone who excels in customer engagement, business growth, and delivering a high-end client experience. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals. Drive revenue growth through upselling, client retention, and business development. Monitor clinic performance, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring targets are met. Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering. Maintain a luxury, client-focused environment aligned with the Activate Beauty brand. Qualifications 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience in luxury retail, spa, clinic, or hospitality. Strong sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for luxury service. Business acumen with knowledge of budgets, reporting, and performance tracking. Knowledge of skincare, beauty, or aesthetics is a strong asset.
