Space Race Cannabis is a licensed cannabis producer committed to delivering high-quality products through innovation, efficiency, and exceptional teamwork. We are looking for motivated and dependable Production Workers to join our production team.

Position Summary

As a Production Worker, you will be involved in various stages of the production process. Team members are cross-trained and may rotate between operating specialized production equipment, trimming cannabis flower, packaging finished products, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor specialized production equipment following standard operating procedures.
  • Trim and inspect cannabis flower to meet quality standards.
  • Package, label, and case finished products for distribution.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized while following sanitation procedures.
  • Follow all company safety policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with other production and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or food processing is an asset.
  • Cannabis industry experience is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to learn and operate specialized production equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Language

  • Basic English is required.
  • Ability to communicate in Tagalog and/or Ukrainian is considered a strong asset.
