Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers, handling printing jobs, and assisting with shipping and other store services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email
  • Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and document services
  • Prepare and process shipping and courier packages
  • Receive, label, and organize packages
  • Operate printers, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment
  • Assist customers with business cards, flyers, banners, signs, posters, and other printing products
  • Prepare files for printing and check artwork for basic sizing and quality
  • Handle cash, debit/credit payments, and POS transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
  • Answer customer questions and resolve basic service issues
  • Perform other general store duties as required

Skills

  • Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset
  • Printing or shipping-store experience is an asset
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CANVA is an asset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to lift and move packages when required
