- Minimum of five (5) shifts per week (Monday through to Friday) scheduled between 8:00AM to 8:00PM, as business requires, traditional shift between 8-4, or 9-5 or 10-6pm & Saturdays 9-3pm as business requires.
- Offering guaranteed base of $17.75 per hour
- Ability to make an extra $0.50 after each year up to 5 years until $2.50 is reached on top of your base.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3- 6 months customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Genuine eagerness to help customers with care, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Exceptionally polite, friendly and courteous demeanor
- Excellent listening skills to address customer concerns while maintaining composure
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude within a diverse team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via typing with high attention to detail
- Tech-savvy mindset, comfortable learning and using various digital tools
- Ability to communicate through Webchat, Email, Social Media, and other online channels (training provided)
- Contact customers with past-due accounts via phone and email to provide reminders and assistance
- Listen to customer concerns and identify why a payment was missed to find a solution
- Establish realistic payment plans and process settlements in accordance with company policy
- Accurately document all interactions and update customer contact information in the CRM
- Provide high-quality service that aligns with company commitment to customer care
