Do you enjoy organizing information, catching missing details and bringing documents together into a finished package?

Almita Piling is looking for a detail-oriented QC Turnover Administrator for a part-time contract ending December 16, 2026.

This flexible, remote opportunity allows you to work independently and complete your work at times that suit your schedule. Availability during some of our regular working hours (8:00am to 4:30pm ) is preferred, but not required, to connect with the team and follow up on outstanding information.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling and organizing project turnover packages.
  • Collecting quality records, including MTRs, inspection records and welding documentation.
  • Recording and verifying heat numbers and material traceability information.
  • Matching quality documentation to the correct materials and project records.
  • Identifying missing or incomplete documentation and following up with the appropriate internal team members.
  • Maintaining turnover trackers, version control and organized electronic records.

The ideal candidate has administrative, document control or record-keeping experience, strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Experience with turnover packages, quality documentation, manufacturing, fabrication, or NetSuite is considered an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
