Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) en mécanique vélo méticuleux(se) et autonome pour joindre notre atelier. Vous assurerez un service de calibre professionnel sur une vaste gamme de vélos de route, gravel et électriques. Notre boutique exige une précision digne d'une usine ; nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) alliant expertise technique approfondie et esprit proactif.

Exigences clés :

  • Maîtrise technique : Minimum 1 an d'expérience pratique avec les systèmes de transmission électronique (Di2, etc.) et les systèmes de vélos électriques (diagnostics moteurs, mises à jour logicielles et intégration de batteries).
  • Autonomie diagnostique : Capacité à diagnostiquer de manière autonome des problèmes complexes et à effectuer des réparations de haute précision selon les normes des manufacturiers.
  • Standards de précision : Rigueur absolue concernant le respect des couples de serrage, la purge des systèmes hydrauliques et le réglage raffiné des groupes de transmission.

We are seeking a meticulous and autonomous Bicycle Technician to join our service department. You will provide elite-level care for a diverse range of premium road, gravel, and electric bicycles. Our shop operates with a "factory-precision" standard; we value technicians who combine deep technical knowledge with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Mastery: 1+ years of hands-on experience with electronic shifting (Di2, etc.) and e-bike service (motor diagnostics, firmware updates, and battery integration).
  • Diagnostic Autonomy: Ability to independently diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues and execute precision repairs to manufacturer specifications.
  • Meticulous Standards: A commitment to high-performance maintenance, including torque-spec compliance, hydraulic system flushing, and refined drivetrain tuning.
