What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial greeting to vehicle delivery
• Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and technologies
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers before and after the sale
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team success
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
