Full job description
The NasoNeb Delivery Systems division operates with the energy, agility, and bold ambition of a fast-growing health and wellness business. At NasoNeb, we are accelerating growth and redefining upper airway health by developing cutting-edge nasal products and delivery solutions that make a meaningful difference every day in people’s lives. We are looking for stellar talent and ambitious problem-solvers ready to push boundaries, share the future of medical devices, and work alongside a first-rate group of dedicated professionals making a tangible impact on respiratory health.
We’re actively searching for our next team member for the position of:
SALES & REVENUE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
The Sales & Revenue Operations Associate exists to drive and sustain revenue growth for the division by combining hands-on-sales execution with the operational infrastructure that supports it.
This role is responsible for generating and converting pipeline through outbound and inbound sales activity, while simultaneously building and refining the systems, tools, and processes that allow the sales function to scale efficiently. As the division grows quickly, this position ensures no leads fall through the cracks, no process bottlenecks go unaddressed, and the sales engine remains both effective and adaptable.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
OUTBOUND & INBOUND SALES
1. Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Digital Health, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in a sales, sales operations, or revenue operations role
3. Animal health, medical device, or healthcare experience preferred
4. High emotional intelligence with a growth mindset
5. Ability to learn quickly to support execution
6. Comfortable being both a doer – prospecting and calling – and a builder – developing systems, processes, and reporting
7. CRM proficiency, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
8. Experience on platforms such as Excel and Power BI
9. Advanced verbal, written communication and presentation skills
10. Highly organized and strong attention to detail, able to juggle live deals and behind-the-scenes operations simultaneously
11. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly
12. Comfortable making decisions and iterating without waiting for a fully built playbook
13. Demonstrated ability to influence others towards a desired outcome
At an applicant’s request, TMI will make accommodation to its recruitment process to meet the needs of applicants with disabilities.
