With the continued growth of the transportation industry, Scotlynn is seeking an AZ Driver or someone with extensive experience in the transportation industry who would like to expand their career into Driver Recruiting.* This is an in-office role based at our Corporate Head Office in Vittoria, ON* with occasional travel to hiring events. If you are a natural communicator and passionate about the transportation industry, we want to hear from you!

THE ROLE

Scotlynn is hiring a Driver Recruiter with proven experience as an AZ driver and/or strong experience in the transportation industry.

As part of our Driver Recruiting Team, you will:

  • Attract, network, interview, and hire AZ Drivers
  • Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events
  • Partner with operations and dispatch to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Represent Scotlynn at trade shows, info sessions, and recruitment fairs

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in transportation / logistics industry
  • Tech-savvy with experience with Microsoft suite products
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Able to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events
  • Self-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

YOUR COMMITMENT

  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with occasional after-hours and weekend support for hiring events
