The Role

We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join the dispatch team supporting our Logistics Division. This is not an entry-level position. The role is in-person, full-time, and permanent.

If you know oilfield dispatch, understand the pace, and want to grow with a new division inside a well-established company, this is worth your attention.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch trucks and field employees efficiently and in sequence
  • Direct drivers to pickups and deliveries; provide accurate, timely instructions
  • Relay information between field crews, supervisors, and management
  • Maintain the dispatch crew book and all computer tracking systems
  • Participate in employee evaluation processes alongside management
  • Support the HSE officer with monthly inspections, audits, and safety meetings

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the oilfield industry; dispatch or logistics background preferred
  • Solid understanding of freight operations and field logistics
  • Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office; experience with ROOK and Motive is an asset
  • Strong communication skills: clear, direct, and reliable under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting operational data

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Dental care
  • Disability insurance
  • Extended health care
  • On-site parking
  • RRSP match
