About Closeout Pro

Closeout Pro is a construction technology platform designed to bring structure and visibility to one of the most complex stages of construction delivery — project closeout and handover.

Construction projects generate significant documentation, coordination, and operational risk at the final stages of delivery. Closeout Pro helps contractors, developers, and owners manage this process in a structured and transparent way across their projects.

Closeout Pro is an early-stage company with existing customers and growing revenue. We are a founder-led, execution-driven team working closely with industry leaders to modernize how closeout is managed across construction organizations.

About the Role

Joining Closeout Pro today means becoming part of a small core team shaping the early growth of the company. You will work directly with leadership and help build the sales motion, expand our customer base, and strengthen our presence in the construction technology ecosystem.

This role is critical to making that vision real for our customers.

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist (Customer Success) to lead onboarding, drive adoption, and ensure Closeout Pro becomes embedded in real project workflows.

This is not a reactive support role. You will actively guide implementation, shape workflows, and work directly with project teams to operationalize closeout processes across live projects.

You will partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Leadership to ensure customers successfully adopt the platform and realize measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

  • Own onboarding of new customers and projects onto Closeout Pro
  • Lead data ingestion from platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Forma, and similar systems
  • Configure projects to align with client requirements and owner expectations
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sale to active project execution

Workflow & Process Alignment

  • Translate specifications, submittals, and project requirements into structured workflows
  • Identify gaps in documentation, processes, and project readiness
  • Guide teams on best practices for managing closeout and handover deliverables
  • Act as a subject matter expert on closeout processes and industry standards

Adoption & Execution

  • Ensure Closeout Pro becomes embedded in day-to-day project workflows
  • Hold project teams accountable for progress on closeout deliverables
  • Identify and resolve adoption gaps early
  • Maintain momentum through consistent engagement with stakeholders
  • Ensure closeout data is complete, structured, and ready for handover

Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PMs, coordinators, and operations leaders
  • Act as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure projects reach successful and complete closeout outcomes
  • Support renewals and expansion opportunities with Account Executives

Product & Feedback Loop

  • Act as a direct bridge between customers and Product
  • Provide structured feedback based on real-world usage
  • Identify recurring workflow gaps across projects
  • Influence product direction and implementation best practices

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 3–6 years in implementation, customer success, or project coordination
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms in a client-facing role
  • Experience managing onboarding or implementation processes
  • Ability to independently manage customer-facing workflows

Industry Background (Required)

  • Construction, project management, or construction technology
  • Familiarity with construction management systems like Procore, Autodesk Figma, CMiC, Project Sales, Trimble or similar; candidates must have worked with at least one platform.
  • Understanding of construction documentation, submittals, and closeout

Skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into structured processes
  • Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong execution
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
