Full job description

We’re currently hiring Packaging Operators for multiple shifts for our client in Coquitlam. This is a great full-time opportunity for motivated individuals seeking stable work in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and pack products to ensure they meet specifications outlined in Work Orders.
  • Promptly report any quality or process issues to the Lead Hand or Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area during production runs.
  • Safely operate equipment and follow established protocols.
  • Foster a positive and cooperative work environment with team members.
  • Adhere to GMP standards and workplace safety procedures.
  • Provide support in other areas of production when needed.

Important: This role involves exposure to dusty powders. Full PPE—including respirators and masks—is provided. For a proper respirator seal, you must be clean-shaven.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long durations.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with dusty powders (PPE provided).
  • Proficient in English for effective communication, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage but not required.

Location: Coquitlam (must have reliable transportation)
Shifts Available and Wage:

  • Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM = $18.82
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:15 PM - 10:30 PM = $19.32
  • Graveyard Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM = $20.32
